  • Pre-heat your oven to 200°C.
  • Wash the bell peppers and place them whole on the baking tray covered with aluminium foil.
  • Bake them for 20 to 25 min. until blisters form on the skin.
  • Seven minutes before the end of the baking time, place the bacon strips cut into 3 on the baking tray.
  • Turn the oven off and remove the bacon strips.
  • Let the oven cool with the bell peppers inside for 15 min. They will be easy to peel this way.
  • Remove the stem, seeds and skin from the bell peppers, then cut them into thin slices.
  • Place the bell pepper slices of various colours on the crackers, then put on a piece of roasted bacon.
  • Delicately place small slivers of Boursin®.
  • Decorate with a small basil leaf.
  • So crunchy! Your guests won't be able to resist.

Tip

You can sprinkle the bacon with paprika before cooking. So delicious! And use a small toothpick to handle the Boursin® slivers more easily.
