Salad
  • In a large salad bowl, mix all the ingredients except the Boursin Cheese
  • Toss well
  • Season with salt and freshly ground pepper
Combine and Serve
  • Top off with Boursin Cheese
  • Divide evenly onto plates
  • Serve immediately

Tip

Combine orange juice with Greek yoghurt before adding to salad. This will help ensure the hint of orange juice will be tasted throughout.

  • 1 box of Boursin Garlic & Herbs Cheese

  • 600g lettuce, rinsed and shredded

  • 300g baby spinach

  • 200g diced cucumber

  • 3 clementine, peeled and quartered

  • 250g cooked turkey, cut into slices

  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

  • 60g plain Greek yoghurt

  • 30g dried cranberries

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground pepper

  • 1/2 box of Boursin Garlic & Herbs Cheese

  • 300g lettuce, rinsed and shredded

  • 150g baby spinach

  • 100g diced cucumber

  • 1 1/2 clementine, peeled and quartered

  • 125g cooked turkey, cut into slices

  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

  • 30g plain Greek yoghurt

  • 15g dried cranberries

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground pepper
