For Beans on Toast
  • Pour the oil into a large frying pan on medium heat.
  • Once hot, add into the garlic and chilli until soft and fragrant.
  • Add in the spinach and cook until it begins to wilt.
  • Crumble in the Boursin and stir until it melts into a thick sauce.
  • Add in the butterbeans and toss until they are well coated.
  • Squeeze in a lemon wedge and season to taste then toss well.
  • Add the beans to your toast then top with a drizzle of olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Dig in!

  • 2 slices of your favourite sourdough

  • Toasted parsley
